Although my main areas of practice are family law, personal injury, investment/financial fraud, and business services, I’m really just a trial lawyer. I have successfully litigated both jury and bench trials, as well as represented investors before the Financial Industry Regulatory Association (FINRA). I have also handled cases involving international issues (child custody with one parent in Denmark; termination of parental rights and step-parent adoption involving a resident of the Kingdom of Jordan). I have recovered millions of dollars for personal injury victims and hundreds of thousands of dollars for investors. In addition, my past litigation experience includes contract disputes, business litigation, estate planning, and probate matters. I am a small business owner myself and have the firsthand knowledge and practice in areas ranging from business formation to planning and capital procurement. Prior to entering private practice, I spent a year clerking for the Honorable Vicki Barnes, Chancellor of the 9th District of Mississippi.
